Hmm....no. Arg has to be within the top least-privacy-oriented places to do business in. No Arg payment app that i know of skips the selfie for verification. You could attempt to dress up exactly like your DNI, use public wifi, turn off location, turn on a vpn, and sandbox the app on your phone, or use an android emulator within a hardened desktop virtual machine...but you can't get around the selfie part itself.
