Permanent Residency Interview (Marriage) in the US

You also need to have your birth certificate and an FBI background check, both apostilled. Those will then need to be translated by a public translator once you get here.

Thanks oaktown,
If I would be doing the procedure from the Embassy in the US wouldn't everything be done by the time I arrive in Argentina with no further need to have documents translated?

Hi,
Sorry I'm just responding. I'm not on this site regularly. I'm not sure what they require at the embassy as my experience has been while in Argentina. You should call them to find out. Good luck!
