One would expect them to have been soundly punished by a furious electorate, but apparently it was not so.
The headline translates (roughly) as -

This particular article is by Mario Wainfield, who is a wordy bugger at the best of times, and has really gone overboard with the flowery rhetoric this time, so Google Translate is making even heavier going of it than usual. But one can get the idea that "officialism", (which apparently means the Kirchernista flavor of Peronism), has done less badly than one would expect. That's not saying they have done outstandingly well, but at least they didn't get totally clobbered.
Perhaps we have made the mistake of extrapolating CABA to the rest of the country, forgetting that each province is its own little world.
