Personal Data Package Good Enough To Skype On Samsung Phone?

Finally figured out how to track my costs with Movistar Prepago, or it could be that I'm lazy.
Just register with Movistar, giving your phone number and DNI and you're in.
There's a handy section for a break down of all costs for the last three months.
I was a bit wired this morning as my credit had gone down by about $40 without having used it and so I took it up with an operative on line chat.
Turns out that the extra credit you get as a gift only lasts seven days, but the normal top ups last 30. When the 'regalo' credit runs out you have 72 hours to top up and then you get it back.
Seems like an excellent business plan: gift some credit, make them spend it and make them buy more.
Still, at least I got to the bottom of it.

I think it actually tells you that ( that it lasts a week) when you get the text message telling you about it.

.................problem is that I have a habit of ignoring Movistar messages unless they're giving credit away and don't read them properly anyway.
