Does anyone have an issue that your Internet and TV are not working for days?

Only when the entire building is without service...! Otherwise a call to the tech service solved it...
 
Since the last storms I've been having wifi issues, it looks like modem settings have changed and this has happened also during previous storms. I scheduled a technical visit for this coming Monday to see if a reconfiguration is needed or if the modem was affected.
 
My office has had some issues with Internet and TV. Internet running a little slow at times with the occasional outage; the TV out for several days. Not sure if there's any connection with the storm.

At home I've had no issues.
