Hi
Status on Virrey Ceballos 178 in Congreso, food is really good and more than excellent prices, try to go early because it is always crowded.

Yes Yes Yes Yes

only the excellent prices have really sort of disappeared recently. Now the prices are just good.

Best peruvian restaurants (for food, not necessarily atmosphere) that are actually peruvian and not too fusion-y:

Mochica -- right near Abasto on Aguero, the pork in adobo sauce fantastic. http://www.guiaoleo.com.ar/detail.php?ID=3935

El Rey -- on the "wrong" side of Corrientes also on Aguero, a cantina / bodegon atmosphere, the ceviche is fantastic. http://www.guiaoleo.com.ar/detail.php?ID=2325

The one I haven't tried yet that is supposed to be the best quality and truest peruvian food in BA is Primavera Trujillana in Belgrano / Nunez http://www.guiaoleo.com.ar/detail.php?ID=2139

In Palermo -

Peru Deli is really good for delivery/casual dining place.

Mozo Santo is more fancy and is really good.

Status is great; to avoid the crowds, just arrive early, say, at 8:00 pm.
