Know anyone visiting BA over the holidays looking for a place to stay?
Palermo Hollywood PH available from 24th December - 11 January (check out that day). Will probably also be available from 15th January - 1st February. The rent is $300 USD per week to be paid via PayPal or US bank transfer.
* 85 square meters (915 square feet) with 2 outside terraces.
* Fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, blender, coffee maker
* Cable TV (2 TVs -one in the living room downstairs and the other in the bedroom upstairs)
* Wifi that works very well.
* Queen size comfortable bed with extra bedding
* 2 bathrooms - downstairs/upstairs - upstairs has a large tub/shower
* Multiple sets of towels
* Washer/dryer unit, drying rack
* Air conditioning (6 month old unit) in the upstairs bedroom
* Parilla on the upstairs terrace
* Awesome neighborhood - tons of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes. It can get very busy at night but the PH is the unit farthest from the street and so very quiet at all hours. I feel very safe living here as well.
* Lot's of light, tall windows, rustic charm (without being too rustic!)

There is no safe
The water in the shower can take a while to adjust to the correct temp (not too hot/not too cold)
