Pinamar & Carilo

I guess the only real logical option is to go over for a bit of time to understand better.

What was said about the climate is spot on.

And from your later post (interest in yoga/art classes, etc) sounds to me that Mar del Plata might be a better fit. Stable population of about half a million, more than doubles in the Jan-Feb months. I have a friend (argentine) that lives there and loves it. I have no clue of how it would be for an expat, but I assume that not very different than another city of this size.

Going over is a good idea, make sure to go out of season
