What is the best area to live? How much can a one bedroom flat cost per month there? This is an informative site you chose. It depends on what you want in a neighborhood, salaries depend on what you do, if you work for a foreign company and earn in US dollars thats best (in my experience). Check out the forums on this site. Best of luck-
