Almost anywhere in a line North/North West of Vicente Lopez is very pleasant.
The closer you get East from Avenida Maipu/Santa Fe towards Libertador and the river, it gets quieter, probably safer and definitely more expensive.
There are also some gated communities in which a large contingent of Expats live, by the river at Punta Chica, San Isidro areas.
