congreso went out for an hour or two but just went back up.

Hopefully this isn't the start of something.

The blackout happened due to record levels of power usage this afternoon. The aging electric system just cant handle it.

I think maybe Christina has a little more responsibility for the electric grid, since it is regulated on the national level. we can bang pots in protest tomorrow night about it(hopefully not by candle light).

Belgrano went dark for a couple of hours tonight. We ate by candlelight. It was kinda nice and romantic actually ... except for the swealtering heat ... and the giant generator humming below our apartment ... and all those people banging on pots and pans ...

There's a small protest near congreso of maybe 10-12 people max who have spread rubbish all over Av Rivadavia. They claim to have been without water and electricity for 48 hours.....

They are blaming the "pro" city and Macri
