Power Cuts

I had a nightmare getting home, I live in Barracas and work in Chacarita so I normally take the B line to Puerrydon, change to the H then take a bus from Caseros station. Power went out at Carlos Gardel, I ended up walking 40 minutes through the heat, crowds and piles of stinking uncollected rubbish until I could finally get onto a bus.
Just 3 more months....breathe....

it's mind boggling the sheer BILLIONS that would need to be spent on infrastructure here. You have trains falling off rails on a weekly basis, buses driving in front of trains, a hundred new potholes appearing every day and they can't even keep the power on. Argentina is the 1940s apartment block of South America...lifts don't work, lead pipes slowly poisoning the residents, dogs peeing on the wall actually improve the joint.....

It wasn't just in the city. We had no power for several hours and the heat is unbearable... doesn't help that our AC is broken.
