hi thanks for prompt reply....i am in the exact situation, as in i have the same "faltante de documentacion" message on the online system...but various members on here advised me to ignore the message as the system is faulty and the cards often arrive regardless...annoying to say the least.

i ll let you know how renewing the Precaria goes..
