Depends on the building. I'm on Libertador (although in Canitas area) & my apt is super quiet. You don't have the bus traffic you do on Las Heras/Santa Fe/LM Campos. I rentd an apt on LM Campos years ago and while the apt was lovely, the noise from the buses drove me crazy.

Many of the buildings on Libertador have thick walls and noise reducing windows so even if you're street facing, it's not bad.
