Where is the cheapest place to buy quinoa?

I have heard Barrio Chino.

I am going to buy several kilos, so if you know anywhere that sells it in bulk for cheap, that would be best.

New Garden also sells red and regular quinoa in bulk. New Garden is in Palermo, Recoleta, Colegiales and Belgrano.

The cheapest will be at the "mercado andino" in Liniers, they have all kinds of Peruvian/ Bolivian stuff. It's cheaper for bulk buying nuts/ grains/ beans/ spices etc and worth it if you are stocking up.

It's every weekend on J. León Suárez between Ibarola and Ramón Falcón in Liniers.
