Racist Argentine banned/deported from Mexico

A lot of Argentines seem to think racism is confined to the EEUU. Not so, I've heard countless comments like this in Argentina. They don't think twice about it.
Sergio,

Racism exists everywhere, it's not dependent upon geography.

As long as people have prejudice and bias, racism will exist. We have a lot of work to do as a species to get to the next level.
