Really need this question answered!:)

Keep in mind those towers will come with expensive expensas -- 24 hr security, SUM, pools, gym, etc etc -- so if you find the expensas to be high when you move in, keep in mind that they will continue to climb. Not sure how long your planning to stay or if you're renting or buying, but it's certainly something to keep in mind -- the expenses could end up costing the same as an apartment rental with garantia...

I live half a block from there, and I'm pretty sure I know the building you're talking about. I think it's a safe enough area, as I haven't had any problems in 1.5 years in this apt and I haven't heard of anyone having problems around here. I occasionally walk home around 3am from Plaza Armenia/Plaza Serrano and I haven't had any problems at that hour, either. There are a couple of open-late places around (on Armenia between Guatemala and Paraguay, a kiosco and an Armenian take-out place on the weekends) which I think is good, as people are out and about even at the late hours, but not causing trouble.

It's a nice building, that big tower, and the ice-cream shop on the corner is excellent.

I agree the area is nice & the big building is nice with great amenities.

Which ice cream place do you like better? There are now two on that corner one diagonal from the other. I don't know which I like better.
