Reciprocity fee: Has anyone actually been charged?

I'm creating a new thread so that the answer doesn't get lost: Does anyone know of someone who has actually been charged the fee? I hear rumors that it hasn't been implemented yet.

No, I had come friends arrive on Monday and they were not charged.

I understand that they have deferred the fee until January, but it's anyones guess.

I was in Ezeiza yesterday and they told me that they are currently in the process of setting up the system at Ezeiza to implement the fee. It will be a bit longer before it takes effect.....Jan/Feb.....argentine time
