Recommendations For A Good Ford Workshop In Caba

Can anyone recommend a good, trustworthy workshop for Ford?

An acquaintance of mine owns a Ford Focus (2011, Ghia if that matters) that keeps giving him the "Direccion Asistida Averiada" error every time he starts the car (only happens when the engine is still cold). This error usually goes away on its own in the first 5 seconds or so but yesterday his steering wheel was basically stuck and close to impossible to turn. Turning the car off and back on fixed it.

Since I don't own a car I have no idea how any of this works and he only knows about Serra Lima but doesn't want to use them.

Also anyone who's familiar with this error in Focus, any idea what the heck this means and why it may be happening? Dying battery maybe?

Go to a major Shell station and ask the Lubrication center specialist you need to check the transmission fluid levels and Possible refill ??
Mention the problem if there is also a mechanic he will suggest a possible cause may be needs a fuse replacement.
The Insurance company can also refer you to a mechanic workshop near by.
