Recommendations for breast specialists?

I agree with you, Nikad. The first couple of times I saw Risu's plugs for Maria's services I thought it was just enthusiasm, now it definitely smells like spam. Of all the posts Risu has made this year so far (11) five of them were about Maria.

Risu, I'd suggest that you make a separate topic plug for Maria in a topic of her own (that would include important searchable key words), but otherwise you're definitely coming on more than a little strong.
