TXT International is a Buenos Aires based executive search agency focusing on the top 5% of the Global executive search market, operating successfully and growing strongly for the last 7 years in Argentina. Our clients include many household name multinationals, and we are currently engaged on searches across the world
As demand is growing strongly, we are looking for native level English speakers to join our successful and rapidly expanding team of consultants.
Successful candidates must be intelligent, professional, outgoing and have experience delivering exceptional quality service to very demanding clients. The ability to call and effectively communicate with high powered executives is also vital. No prior recruitment experience is required. Candidates with diverse education and experiences in communications, marketing, PR, sales and customer service have proven to be very successful in this role in the past. Recent university graduates are encouraged to apply.
For successful candidates we offer an attractive base salary plus highly lucrative commission package, private medical insurance and 4 weeks paid holiday. Relevant and focused on the job training will be provided. Work permits can be provided if candidates do not currently hold an Argentine DNI.
