Reduced flight schedules and current entry / exit requirements

you cannot fly to the US from EU unless US citizen/resident or on a special visa. Even to connect only.
ah, you're right. i forgot about that rule still in effect.

don't know if you can get to any of these other cities, but there are some other options here too besides lufthansa

Looks like there’s seats on an air europa flight operated by aerolíneas, has UX flight number but there’s an aerolíneas flight leaving Madrid same day so hopefully be OK.

If your are an Argentine resident or citizen and fully vaccinated and traveling on business, you no longer need to do quarantine upon your return. Just PCR tests.

Good news hopefully get second dose this time home.

Heads up to those considering the Palermo testing site, the bot can't find my test results, and colleagues have had to wait up to 48 hours (although their results were eventually given).

The last two times I had a PCR with the city I never got my results. It would show me only the results from an earlier test (I've had four total). The penultimate time this happened I called twice and yet I never got those results.

A friend is flying tomorrow. He got the PCR from Centralab yesterday and it arrived same day around midnight.

That's the difference between the city govt sites and a private lab. Mine were all tests after trips, except for a suspected case when I was tested at a unidad febril.
