Refer me a good agency for temporary rentals

We rent from ByT and here is how they worked it for us. When we arrived, we paid for one full month plus one month deposit. The apartment owner was willing to accept us month to month for six months as long as we paid 20% up front which we did. We pay the remaining 80% each month in cash. If we are paying in pesos, we contact ByT a few days before the end of the month for the current exchange rate. They use a "light blue" rate so it's about half way between the "official" rate and the "blue" rate which is to our advantage since we are exchanging our dollars through Xoom at a better rate.

Somewhere on one of the forums there is a list of rental agencies. We checked them out and finally decided on an apartment that looked good which was offered by BuenosAiresTravelRent.com. We rented the apartment for two months, and it was as advertised and acceptable. When we arrived we paid, in U.S, dollars, two month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent. When it was getting close to check out date we were concerned about our deposit. Wondering would we get it back, would we get pesos back, would we get the official rate or the blue rate, etc. The representative who came by gave us an envelope which contained the same dollars we had used as a deposit and helped us with our luggage. Based on our experience we recommend that agency.
