Rehearsal Studios in BA?

I'm just wondering if there are any music rehearsal studios here in BA that come equipped with drums, PA etc. and charge by the hour or a block of time?

THe neighborhood is named Villa Urquiza, and there are a lot of musicians there, because of the cheap studio space. I have to ask my neighbor. I don't have a studio name, but I will ask.

There's a lot of rehearsal studios in and around the city.

Here's a really good I used to go to http://www.mclrecords.com/st/index.html
They also have a state of the art recording studio (people like Charly Garcia and Luis Alberto Spinetta go there frequently). It's in Villa Ortuzar neighborhood (which is right next to Villa Urquiza).

Another one is called La Jaula, it's in Palermo (Malabia almost Cordoba, don't remember the exact address), phone number is 4773-1372

In Nuñez there's one called Rosas Negras, on Avenida Cabildo, 4544-2287
