A serious question:

I've always thought that "PH" in housing advertisements stood for "pent house". Clearly, it doesn't here. What does "PH" represent?

In all honesty, I don´t know. A PH is still considered a condominium so I don´t think you own the soil. I would be best to ask a lawyer or architect about this. I know that you own the soil when you buy land ( obviously ) or a house, not sure about PHs.

Thanks, again, Nikad. I suspect that a propiedad horizontal will be only the edifice upon the soil but will, indeed, consult a lawyer before committing to buy any.
