Rental Prices in November 2023

Most of the 4 bed apartment rentals on Zonaprop are no longer displaying a price, but just say Consultar precio - this was not the case in October.

Does anyone know/suspect the reason for this recent change?

They have made it illegal to advertise rentals in Dollars.
In the revised ley de alquileres, doesn’t apply to commercial properties though.

On MercadoLibre, I note that they are still advertising apartments in USD, but this is the only website that seems to be doing this
