Rentista Visa - Money Transfer

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to move to Argentina in September and apply for the Rentista Visa. I've been reading this forum but one of the (many) parts I'm not clear on is how to transfer funds to an Argentine bank account - is it acceptable to use Western Union? I've also heard its challenging to open a bank account - what happens if you can't open one?!

When you do the radix you write in a paper "sin precaria no hay cuenta bancaria", you scan it and upload it. With that the system produce the precaria you need.
