Does anyone have an immigration lawyer that you recommend for entering the country? The lawyer that we currently are talking to said that we need some sort of passive income from a rental property etc. in order to prove that we have the required duration of monthly income.
But from what we’re reading in the discussion forums, many of you have been able to get the temporary residency without having some sort of passive income but either depositing the required amount into a bank when you get there, or from some other means.
So we’re not sure if it’s just the lawyer that we’re talking to Or if there was some change implemented recently. If anyone can help clarify, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help.
