Hola Buenos Aires Expats,
my name is Annkatrin Westermayer. I lived in Buenos Aires a few years ago and thus know that there are many international people living.
Together with the Chair of HRM at the University of Bamberg, I'm conducting an online survey about individual reactions to international work experiences. In the course of my Master's thesis I will do research on perceptions of justice (referring to pay unfairness), perceptions of stress and turnover intentions of different types of expatriates.
