I have temporary residency via a rentista visa. When it comes up for the third renewal next spring, I should be able to get permanent residency. My question is if there is a MINIMUM number of days I must be in Argentina during the year in order to qualify for the renewal/change of status to permanent. I can't find it on the Migraciones website but seem to remember that I need to be here at least 180 days. Does anyone know if that is correct?
