The last 2,3 years many Argentines have returned to Argentina because of economic dificulties abroad. Are most of them working in a 'normal' job or are they using there skills they have learned abroad and money they have earned to start a business in Argentina?

I have no idea. I had known a couple of argentines/argentinians who had been living in spain, came back here end of 2008 and early 2009 because of crisis and lack of jobs etc in spain, but within 6 months were on the plane back to spain.
The main reason they came back was because they missed their families and friends, but once back were disillusioned. They both had spanish passports so could get unemployment benefit in spain.

Well, in my case (I am argentinean), I returned 3 years ago, after living in the US for 7 years. What I did is to create a business there, make it work, and once the business didnt need me anymore, I returned home 
Oh and I also got married there.
