Ringo Starr To Play "free*" Concert In Palermo Next Month

Ringo Starr and his All Starr band will play in Palermo next month. It is advertised as a "free" concert but it is sponsored by Movistar. Unless you're a Movistar client you wont be let in. The concert is scheduled for Sunday March 1st.
