Roast: What cut of beef?

The best meat to roast is either TORTUGUITA or COLITA DE CUADRIL. The other cuts are not good for that. Roast beef is for stews, peceto is good...but it's safer to grill it or fry it, same for bola de lomo, nalga and cuadril.
Enjoy!

Roast beef to expats ( you talking to me?) means rib roast or sirloin roast or prime rib, equivalents to ojo de bife or bife angosto so for an expat the term roast beef is not "low end." It only seems that way for someone with an inverted perspective...

I think he means the cut that is labeled "roast beef" is low end, & it is! Don't get that cut. I'm tempted to do a roast beef now... with roast veggies... me hungry.

:)

I love roast beef so much!! :D
Well by the way the best place to get a great beef and to learn a lot of recipe using it is the google:) You can get everything on it.

Is there really a cut of beef labeled "roast beef" in any AR store? I did not think so. I believe the roast beef labeling described above at Disco was an anomaly.

Roast Beef, rosbif, is a cheap cut usually used in stews. It has nothing to do with what expats know as such. It is very popular because stews are popular. Some people used to buy this cut for their dogs or cats when dry pet food was rare.
