Room for rent in Palermo

I have an Argentine friend who is renting a room in Palermo. He forwarded his "ad" to me to share with anyone who might be looking for a place to live:

I rent a room in my apartment to a foreign student or tourist. The room is large, comfortable, and has lots of natural light.

The rest of the areas in the apartment are shared. The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom, phone, internet and TV. It's on the 7th floor with a balcony facing the street.

The apartment is located at Bulnes & Honduras in Palermo. The area is very safe and nice with access to various means of transportations.
