Am leaving to go back home, so,

The flat is in a historically protected building, tree lined avenue, right next to a park which has a weekly produce market.
Fully furnished, but only a single bed.
All expenses included (Cable etc). There is currently no telephone, but if you like, Valentin will help you get a line installed.
You would be sharing with Valentin 33, from here and a danish girl who is leaving in Janurary, so there is the option of moving later into her room which is huge and opens out onto the terrace.
Apartment is on the ground floor, the terrace has lots of opportunities for al fresco dining etc.
