Rosario: Argetina's Most Violent City

I spent a month there recently and didn't see any violence...

But I haven't seen any violence in BA either... Knock on wood...

I have been to Rosario many times, with no problems whatsoever but, still, a relatively small sample size. I expect that, as in Buenos Aires, some neighborhoods are far riskier than others.
 
in the times of al capone rosario was known as the chicago of argentina
 
I have a friend who lives the "good life" there, he just keeps away from the bad areas and he's not rich. Compared to Buenos Aires I can't say a Iota.
