Was planning to go take sailing course since a while and it seems like it's possible in Buenos Aires. Anyone done it here? any advise on school? This seems to be the biggest i found https://www.escuelanauticads.com.ar/ . Ideally would like to be able to receive a certificate which will give me permission to navigate Mediterranean waters later.
