searching for a work space for a few months

We need to rent a small space for an artist to work in. A room central would be best or easily accessed by bus or subte from Congreso. A minimum of 10 - 10 feet, 3 - 3 meters, with heat and lighting is what is needed. Access to a toilet as well, but otherwise no real necessities other than that it be cheap. It will be used as an artist studio, mostly during the day, internet access would be great, but isn't a necessity. Has to be cheap. Let us know what you've got...!
