Seeking Apartment in Bariloche

Hello, I'm looking for an apartment in Bariloche. All the apartments I see on the web are described as "luxury" and priced accordingly. Does anyone know if just "regular" apartments are available for rent in Bariloche? I plan to stay for three months Dec, Jan, and Feb to miss the BA summer...

Any tips or references would be very welcome.
