In this kind of business I can recommend you make a modern, amusing but professional blog with nice pics, your experience, your references, etc., and send it by e-mail to bars, resto, etc., take time but is easy find e-mails and make your little data base, don´t get depressed if you don´t get fast answers, send your blog every week.
