Seeking homestay/room to rent in Belgrano or nearby

Hello, I am arriving Dec 30 from Canada and will be taking an English language training course in January. I am looking for a place to stay in the Belgrano area for about 3 months close to International House. I am 32 years old and work in marketing, I appreciate any offers you know of. I am also interested in language immersion so any Spanish speaking roommates are a plus!
