Sending Money Out Of The Country With Western Union

You have to have the PP account link to a Bank or CC. Then you click the tab that says Send Money.
You put the persons email & amount you want to send and that's it. Very easy.
 
The person wanting to add money to their Paypal account, could do it in the normal ways I´d think. They could
transfer money online from their bank account or credit card and who knows what other methods there are now.
Do you think that sounds feasible here and now ?
