Sheet Music and Practice Rooms

I play piano and was wondering if anyone knew of any places with practice rooms? I’m also looking to start taking accordion lessons; does anyone know of a relatively cheap school/private tutor for a true beginner? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as well as any good places to buy sheet music. I live in San Telmo but anywhere would be fine, really. Thanks!
