Shipping Documents Back To The Us

I need to send some important legal documents back to the United States (with signatures) and was wondering what my options were as far as shipping went. We know there's a fed-ex downtown, but it's quite far and we live in Soho. Are there any other options we should be aware of for fast, reliable, trackable shipping?

Fedex has also multiple locations. http://www.fedex.com/ar/dropoff/

I have used both to mail documents to the US so.

I use DHL Booth in Alto Palermo mall, on the Santa Fe entrance the minimum envelope charge wasUS $50. You have to declare the contents, such as checks, bonds , etc.

Use a manila envelope and inside place other written letters so its not transparent , the AFIP checks each doc. in customs.
I sent a check addressed to a CAMBIO Office, was asked to open the envelope and show the contents (a check) and was delayed for a while in Customs...!!

I used the Post Office (Correo?). Said it would take 7 to 10 days. I think it was 42 pesos. I'll let you know when it arrives.

Probably will be, I've sent dozens of things via correo argentina and they've always shown up. I still wouldn't send anything I really didn't want to loose that way though.

I've always used DHL - same place, entrance of Alto Palermo. Always successful.

I'm afraid of the mail in Argentina. I've never had an item that I sent that did not arrive at the destination, but I've had several books I ordered that never arrived here - so I'm not very trusting of the mail for anything important.

My documents to my bank arrived today, 1 week in transit. Just original signed docs. If it didn't make it I would have just signed another copy. No big deal. Glad the PO worked.
