Smoked Picnic Hams, Corned Beef, etc.

Does anybody know anywhere in Capital Federal where to find Smoked picnic hams, sliced corned beef and real pastrami. I have tried Pastrón and it´s not the real deal? Thanks a million, guys!!
 
If you find any of the above, Please, let me know. I have been in Argentina since '99 and haven't seen any.
