Spanish-English language exchange

Hi All,

I have completed spanish classes to intermediate level, but *really* need to work on my listening and spoken skills, and wonder if language exchange might be a good option i.e. meet with someone who wants to improve the same in english and spend half with each. Anybody have any comments, guidance or suggestions?
