For this sort of thing you will likely need an official translator. They actually have licences here! Many of them are horrible translators, but the work is sanctioned by the state. A little bit like the taxi driver I once complained about. The reply was "but he has a licence!"

The US consulate has a list o translators approved for documents submited there.

The easiest way is as said above and get a translation done by an approved provider. It just makes life easier when doing the applications and paperwork. If it's not on the list they can reject it and it will waste your time.
