Hi, i've read through about a dozen historical threads on the legal cost of incorporating an SRL but the amounts quoted from the results i've found are out of date (many by a few years).

Has anyone recently incorporated an SRL with an attorney and if so, what is the range I should expect to pay for this service?

If it helps anyone I was quoted from a recommended lawyer, $13k for an SRL and approx $7-8k to Trademark. You need to add 21% VAT on top of this as well.

Inflation will cause havoc with these numbers but using today's rate should assist as a benchmark. Official $9.4 / Blue $16
