Staying Fit In Quarentine

They won't understand. I lived in an apartment building for the past year where you need a key to get out to the street. It will take something on the scale of the Stardust disaster in Ireland in the 1980s to get people to see sense here.

Buenos Aires had the República Cromañón nightclub fire in 2004 killing 194 people and leaving at least 1,492 injured. 4 or the 6 doors were chained locked.

Anyways off topic - Back to more exercise videos. I need a good one for a concrete roof...

just go do 100 burpees...no video needed. you will get plenty good of a workout
