Is this charge the same for European based people?

Try to get a credit card from Barclay´s bank. With that you can take money from ATMs for free, worldwide.

I looked into it about a month ago and as I recall it's ONLY $100,000.

I understand you must put in $500,000 with the bank to get a Premier Acct. That's how it was in Canada a few years ago.

I think the requirements to open an HSBC Premier account probably vary from country to country. Just as the brilliant Capital One deal mentioned earlier only applies to US issued cards. Or put it another way, it doesn't apply to UK issued Capital One cards. I have a UK issued Capital One card and I know!
